August 19th was World Humanitarian Day, but being a good humanitarian shouldn’t be celebrated one day a year. This is something we should look for in our everyday life.
We are proud to say that through the POWERHANDZ Power To Give Foundation we are working build legacies of service that increase a commitment to athletic excellence. Our focus is to raise awareness on the importance of organized sporting programs and help fund these programs in financially challenged communities.
A portion of every purchase made on POWERHANDZ.com goes towards helping Boys and Girls clubs around the DFW metroplex. During the holiday season we sponsored two youth athletes and provided them with gloves along with other gifts that were on their wish list.
We have all played some form of sports as a child, whether it was with your neighbor, at your local playground or at school. What did those experiences teach you? Discipline, teamwork, leadership, hard work, how to rebound from mistakes and how to celebrate a win.
