T Push-Ups with Striker Gloves

Push-ups are one of the easiest but most impactful exercises you can do. There is a good reason nearly every routine out incorporates this classic into it. But how do you improve something that is so perfect? By doing T push-ups with your strike gloves of course. To master this technique, follow these simple steps:

  • Lay in the classic push-up position
  • Push yourself up
  • As your arms are fully extended twist your body left
  • Lift your left arm off the floor
  • Twist your body and roll onto your side so you are only balancing on your feet and right hand
  • Stretch your left arm up
  • Return to the starting position and repeat switching off each side

It might sound exhausting but we promise that it will give you an amazing workout. As long as you have some room to do it, you won’t regret it.

Ankle Jumping Jacks

Our resistance bands are quickly going to become your favorite workout tool. They are simple but so effective that it’s a crime not to carry them with you at all times. With a nearly endless amount of ways you can use them, all you need to do is choose a technique and run with it. Our personal favorite for the fitness nut on the go is the ankle jumping jack. All you need to complete it is:

  • Place the band around your ankles
  • Stand in a squat position
  • Jump while moving your legs outwards than back inwards
  • Move back in the starting position and continue

This can be done anywhere you go. In an apartment, hotel room, a park, any location you find yourself in! All you need to complete this is the POWERPACK resistance bands

Knee Tucks on Fitness Sliders

With a pair of our fitness sliders, you are ready to do one of the best exercises imaginable; knee tucks. This simple yet exhausting technique will help you build muscle, get in some cardio, and give you one hell of a workout. All you need to do for this is:

  • Put your feet on the sliders and get into a planking position
  • Pull your knees up to your chest while keeping your core tightened
  • Push your feet back out into the standard planking position
  • Continue moving your legs too and from your chest until you complete the set

Once you master this, you’ll be able to do it anywhere. All you need to do is find the room to stretch out and you are ready to go. This is the perfect way to get in some great exercise if you a stretched for time.

Supermans with Strike Gloves

This is an easy way to get a quick workout in without having to worry about getting to the gym. In fact, it’s one of our favorites. This is the perfect way to stretch your muscles and give you that fantastic high that comes with a great workout.

  • Lay flat on the floor
  • Raise one hand above your head while keeping your legs on the ground
  • Lift the leg on the opposite side at the same time
  • Repeat switching off arms and legs

This is the perfect way to warm up for a workout and give yourself some easy ways to stretch those muscles. If you are looking for a fast and easy workout, this is it.
